This policy explains what personal information Hype Talent (“we”, “us”) collects through hypetalent.com, why we collect it, and what your rights are. Hype Talent is a talent representation agency and a brand of Hype Company.
Information you give us
We only collect what you choose to submit through our forms.
- Contact form: your name, email address, company or social handle, the type of enquiry you select, and your message.
- Representation application: your name, email address, category, approximate following, primary handle, links to your channels, and the description you provide.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, sensitive personal information such as government identifiers or payment details through these forms.
How we use it
We use your submission solely to read, evaluate, and respond to your enquiry or application, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited. It is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or build a profile of you across sites. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers needed to operate this site and reach you:
- Vercel: website hosting and analytics.
- Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
These providers process the information on our behalf. Your submission is also stored in our email system so we can respond to it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications for as long as needed to respond and to consider you for current or future opportunities, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, email us at contact@hypetalent.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
